A free, private stock & inventory manager for Indian shops

Bhandar (भंडार — your store/stock) is a simple inventory manager built for Indian shop owners that runs entirely in your browser. Add your products with purchase and selling price, track stock quantity, record stock in and stock out, get low-stock alerts, and see an instant estimate of your stock value and profit — all without any sign-up.

The most important thing first: your data never leaves your device. Every product and transaction is saved only in this browser's local storage. There is no account, no server and no cloud.

What you can do with Bhandar

Frequently asked questions

Is Bhandar free and private?

Yes. Bhandar is completely free and works without an account. Every product and transaction is stored only in your browser on this device and is never uploaded.

Does my data sync across devices?

No — that is by design for privacy. Everything is stored locally on one device. Use Backup (JSON) to move your data to another device with Restore.

How does the low-stock alert work?

For each product you set a "low stock alert quantity". Any item whose current quantity is at or below that number appears on the Low Stock page, where you can share the reorder list on WhatsApp.

Can I export my inventory?

Yes. The Reports page has a CSV export and a Print / Save-as-PDF report. You can also back up everything as a JSON file.
