Your invoice data stays on your device
BillEasy creates every invoice entirely inside your browser. Your business details, customers, line items and uploaded logo are not uploaded to any server and are never seen by us or anyone else.
Information we store
- Saved invoices & business profile: if you tap "Save invoice", your seller details, logo and invoices are stored in your browser's localStorage on this device only, so they're ready next time. They never leave your device, and you can clear them anytime from the app or your browser settings.
- Theme preference: a small setting for light/dark mode.
- Standard logs: our hosting may keep anonymised technical access logs for security.
We do not have a server-side database. If you clear your browser data or use a different device, your saved invoices will not be available.
Advertising & cookies
We may show ads via Google AdSense to keep BillEasy free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. See how Google uses data.
Children's privacy
BillEasy is a general-audience business utility and not directed at children under 13.
