Likho (appsbyv.in) is a voice-to-text app. Your notes are stored only on your device (local storage) and are never uploaded to our servers. Voice recognition is performed by your browser/device's built-in speech service (e.g., Google in Chrome); audio is processed by that service to return text and is subject to the browser/OS provider's policy.
